T U L P & W A L K E R NZ LTD are Main Contractors and undertake the lead role in undertaking the procurement of the Client’s project.
Our company structure allows the ability to price and deliver on a diverse range of projects.
T U L P & W A L K E R NZ LTD are able to:
- Provide a fixed lump sum price based on Tender Documentation.
- Provide a fixed lump sum price through negotiated means – working with the Client directly or with their Representatives
- Work on an open book basis
- Provide a Turn-Key solution, and including Design if required.
- Integrate a Client’s preferred service providers within our scope of works
- Work on charge up
The nature of our works means that T U L P & W A L K E R NZ LTD are flexible in terms of the approach required to price, or in the delivery strategy a Client requests.
The Site Manager and Quantity Surveyor work closely together during pricing, as well as during the delivery of a project.
The Site Manager has further support personnel such as Administration, the Contract Manager and Carpentry crews and our trade base who report to him or her, and who assist the Site Manager in achieving the Clients' objectives.
Each project we undertake has a designated Site Manager who is the first point of contact for the Client and/or their Representative, during the construction phase.
The Site Manager has 100% responsibility in relation to delivering the designated project, we are contracted to undertake.
DESIGN
T U L P & W A L K E R NZ LTD are a building company and while we are qualified to undertake design our company is about managing and delivering the building works.
Our knowledge and empathy with design, we believe, is an asset to any Client and their Design Team during the construction process, simply because it is important to understand what we are putting together and why. We stress that we do not criticize, nor make adverse commentary in someone else's field of expertise.
Our role is to work with the Client and their Team to bring a Project to a successful conclusion.
